在去年的时候，英语对我来说是比较困难的。首先，我不太容易理解老师向同学们讲话的内容，本来她的语速就比较快，我不能听清每一个单词，稍后我也认识到没有必要明白每个单词的意思。我也很害怕在课堂上说英语，因为我想同学们也许会嘲笑我，或者几乎不能说出一个完整的句子。
后来，我开始看一些英语口语电视，这对我的帮助很大，它们为我提供的大量英语听力练习是我成为一个成功的语言学习者的秘密之一。另一个我感到非常困难的是英语语法，所以我决定每堂课都做大量的英语语法笔记。并且我也开始用我正在学习的语法写一些简单的句子。
这些事情对我的帮助之大令人惊奇。现在的我很喜欢英语学习，并且在这学期成绩拿到了a，老师对我留下了深刻的印象。
