祈使句通俗的解释是没有出现主语的句子。
例如我们一起去上学。这是一个陈述句。改成祈使句就是把主语省略，就变成了：一起去上学！
祈使句是表示要对方做或不做某事、带有祈使语气的句子。
祈使句的语调特点:
(1)语音强度一般比陈述句重，书面上用感叹号表示。
